Looking for something fun to do after school? Come hang out with YO STEM! Youth Outreach in STEM (YO-STEM) offers Girls in STEM as afterschool programs and a few other exciting yearly activities that are open to all students!

Girls in STEM (gSTEM) is a program for girls by girls! Every Wednesday from 4:30-5:30, we gather to do fun experiments to learn more about STEM. We’ve done everything from learning how to make a camera from scratch to studying the mutations of fruit flies and even creating batteries from fruits and vegetables! All experiments are taught by women who are experts in STEM fields such as chemistry, physics, engineering and more!
